The hatch: our exclusivity

To guarantee your peace of mind, our rooms and suites are equipped with a “hatch”: direct access room service system located just next to the front door, with an opening to the outside for the hotel teams, and an opening inside for our guests. The hatch allows to directly deposit your dishes, your linen, your various orders in all discretion. You can choose to be served either by the hatch or in the classic way in the room.
